Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and paperwork included.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact us page. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect before processing your return.

If you need to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return within 7 business days. If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue it to your original payment method. If you are requesting a replacement item, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS

Step 1: Email customer service with your order number and description.They will provide return information for the neares customer service location

Step 2: Return the package according to the information provided by customer service using a trackable mailing method. We are not responsible for lost packages on the return journey.

Step 3: After the item is shipped as per our instructions, send a copy of the courier receipt or shipping label to the customer service mailbox.

Step 4: After we confirm the information, we will send proof that your refund is processing. After some time, you will receive the funds.
